Barite Raymond Mill Working Principle

The barite Raymond mill operates on a centrifugal grinding principle:

  ● Material Feeding: Raw barite is fed evenly into the grinding chamber via the feeder.

  ● Grinding Process: Due to centrifugal force during rotation, grinding rollers swing outward and press firmly against the grinding ring. A shovel carries material between the rollers and ring, where it is ground into powder.

  ● Classification: Ground powder is carried by airflow to the classifier. Coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder passes through to the cyclone collector.

  ● Product Collection: Fine powder is collected and discharged as finished product. The system operates under negative pressure, with excess air filtered through the dust collector.
