Working principle

 Construction waste mobile crushing plant is composed of mobile frame, vibrating feeder, construction waste special crusher, screening machine, belt conveyor, iron removal equipment, electric control system, etc. It is also possible to combine configurations according to customer requirements.

The raw materials are directly sent to the silo by the loader, and enter the vibrating feeder from the silo. The vibrating feeder sends concrete evenly to the special crusher for construction waste crushing. The crushed material is sent by the belt conveyor through the iron remover to send to vibrating screen. The crushed material is classifed to different sizes by vibrating screen. Coarse aggregate (10-20mm, 20-30mm) can be used for filling soil, paving base material, concrete, asphalt aggregate. Fine aggregate (0-5mm, 5-10mm) can be used for unburned bricks, eaves bricks, mortar raw materials, cement composites, etc.
