800 tph Stone Crusher Plant Introduction

600-800t/h stone crushing plant mainly inluding primary jaw crusher, secondary crusher, tertiary crusher, vibrating screen and so on. It could be designed into different configuration. For example, we choose jaw crusher PE1200*1500 or C6X jaw crusher, two set impact crushers PFW1515 and PFW1214 impact crusher. The output size could be 0-5-10-20-31.5mm and they are adjustable according to different requirements.

1. Jaw crusher.

Jaw crushers have the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and economical operating costs. The C series jaw crusher adopts innovative modular and welded frame structure, thus giving the equipment the greatest fatigue resistance, the best reliability and various installation methods.

2. Impact crusher.

PFW series impact crusher is often used in conjunction with jaw crushers for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials，it is the preferred model of secondary crushing equipment in major sandstone and mineral processing production lines. It has features of Unique cavity shape, excellent grain shape,reasonable structure and higher production capacity.

3. Circular vibrating screen.

Its side plate adopts integral bending parts without any form of solder joints to avoid cracking caused by welding stress. To meet different finished products size, the circular vibrating screen can be customized into one single deck, two decks, three decks and four decks.

4. Widely application.

This stone crushing plant has been successfully applied to the crushing of limestone, basalt, granite, pebbles and other rocks. The quality of the finished products after crushing fully meets the GB14685-2001 standard, providing qualified aggregates for industries such as highways, railways, water conservancy, and concrete mixing stations.

1. Raw material dump into the hopper by loader forklift, then feed into jaw crusher PE1200X1500 or C140 jaw crusher evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder for primary crushing.

2. Then coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to transfer bin, which plays the role of transfer, buffering and adjustment. The size should generally be able to stack aggregates for next crushing equipment to run for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Material from transfer bin is sent to secondary impact crusher for crushing process. Then goes to tertiary impact crusher to get requirement stone size.

4. The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classify final qualified products according to different size ranges as stock pile for sale, or for road builidng use. Unqualified materials will be carried back to the stone crushing equipment for recrushing.

5. Customer can classify final products according to different size ranges. All the final products are up to the related standards within and beyond China. Dust is generated during the working process while the dust control units are needed.
