The Baichy wheel-type mobile impact crusher plant is designed for soft to medium-hard natural stone (e.g., limestone) and concrete recycling. 2. What This Mobile Plant Can Do and Cannot Do

This mobile impact crusher plant is suitable for processing soft to medium-hard materials such as limestone, dolomite, gypsum, concrete waste, and asphalt recycling. It is ideal for medium and fine crushing applications that require cubic-shaped output. Thanks to its wheel-type frame and optional diesel generator, the plant performs well on job sites that require frequent relocation, including road construction projects and urban demolition sites.

 

However, this plant is not suitable for certain conditions. It cannot be used as a primary crusher for hard rocks above 7 on the Mohs scale, such as granite or basalt. It is also not recommended for materials with moisture content exceeding 10%, as this may cause clogging in the screen and belt conveyor. Additionally, for highly abrasive materials with high silica content, the standard wear parts may wear out quickly unless upgraded.

 

3. How It Works (Step-by-Step)

The operation of the mobile impact crusher plant follows a simple and efficient process. First, the raw material is loaded into the vibrating feeder model ZSW9638, which ensures uniform feeding. During this stage, smaller particles fall through the gaps between the feeder bars, providing a pre-screening effect. Next, the material enters the PF1315 impact crusher, where it is crushed to medium or fine sizes. The impact crushing principle produces particles with a cubic shape, which is highly desirable for aggregate production. After crushing, the material is discharged onto the B800 vehicle-mounted belt conveyor. Finally, the conveyor transports the crushed material and can load it directly into trucks, eliminating the need for additional handling equipment and saving time on site.

First, its equipment configuration is flexible, meaning a single unit can operate independently, or it can be combined with coarse crushing equipment for larger operations. Impact crusher PF1315

This crusher is known for its large crushing ratio and ability to produce cubic-shaped particles. It is mainly used for medium and fine crushing. The discharge particle size can be adjusted, making it suitable for various specifications of finished aggregates.

 

Vehicle-mounted belt conveyor B800

This conveyor transports crushed material from the impact crusher to a discharge point. It can be positioned to load material directly into trucks, saving time and reducing the need for additional material handling equipment on site.

 

Tire-type traveling frame
