Across Africa—from the hills of Zimbabwe and Tanzania to the Ashanti belt in Ghana—small-scale and artisanal mining (ASM) is booming. The gold is there, waiting in the quartz veins and alluvial deposits.
However, the biggest challenge for local miners isn't finding the gold; it is extracting it efficiently.

We provide a complete small scale gold processing plant machines for small-scale miners. This setup is compact, affordable, and easy to ship directly to African ports. It features three core machines: the Hammer Crusher PC400x300, the Ball Mill 900x1800, and the Centrifugal Gravity Concentrator.

The Workflow: From Rock to Riches

This plant design follows a simple, proven gravity separation circuit: Crush →Grind →Recover.

Step 1: The Crusher

Machine: Hammer Crusher (Model: PC400x300)
● Role: Fine Crushing
For a small plant, you don't want a massive, expensive Jaw Crusher that requires a secondary crusher behind it. You need a machine that does it all in one step.
The PC400x300 Hammer Crusher is the ideal solution.
● Capacity: 5–10 Tons Per Hour (TPH).
● Feed Size: Accepts rocks up to 100-150mm.
● Output: Crushes down to <10mm (sand size) in a single pass, preparing it perfectly for grinding

Why it’s perfect for Africa:

It can be powered by a diesel engine or an electric motor. In remote bush areas where the grid is unreliable, a diesel-powered PC400 is a lifesaver. It is simple to maintain—just open the casing and replace the hammer heads when worn.

Step 2: The Grinder

Machine: Ball Mill (Model: 900x1800)
● Role: Grinding to Powder
To liberate the gold particle from the quartz rock, you must grind it into fine dust (usually 200 mesh).
The Grid Ball Mill Φ900x1800 is the workhorse of this line.
● Size: 900mm diameter x 1800mm length.
● Capacity: Approx. 1 – 2 Tons Per Hour (depending on feed hardness).
● Power: Low energy consumption compared to larger mills.

This mill is the "Goldilocks" size—not too big to transport, but big enough to process profitable tonnage daily. It comes with high-manganese steel liners and forged steel balls, ensuring it can run for months before needing maintenance.

Step 3: The Recovery

Machine: Centrifugal Gravity Concentrator
● Role: Catching the "Free Gold"
This is where the profit is made. Old sluice boxes (carpets) often lose the microscopic "flour gold."

The Centrifugal Concentrator uses enhanced gravity (G-Force) to separate heavy gold from light sand. It spins at high speeds, pressing the heavy gold into the riffles while washing the waste rock away.

● Recovery Rate: Can exceed 95-98% for free gold.
● Chemical Free: No mercury or cyanide is needed at this stage, making it safer for operators and the environment.
