The Solution — Complete Process Flow of the 5 TPH Gold Ore Processing Plant

 The Tanzania placer gold processing plant follows a step-by-step recovery process:

1. Feeding and Primary Crushing

Raw gold-bearing ore is fed into hopper and evenly delivered by the vibrating feeder. The material then enters the PE250×400 jaw crusher for primary crushing. The jaw crusher reduces large rocks into smaller particles, creating suitable feed size for the following grinding process. This stage helps improve downstream processing efficiency and ensures stable feeding for the entire plant.

2. Secondary Crushing and Grinding

After primary crushing, the crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to the PC600×400 hammer crusher for further size reduction. The crushed ore then enters the 1200×3000 ball mill, where valuable gold particles are liberated from the gangue minerals through grinding. The grinding process is essential for placer gold recovery because it increases the exposure of gold particles and improves separation efficiency.

3. Classification and Screening

The ground slurry is sent to the FG1000 spiral classifier for particle size classification. Coarse particles return for further grinding, while qualified fine particles move forward to the gravity concentration stage. This closed-loop classification process helps maintain consistent product size and improves overall gold recovery performance.

4. Gravity Gold Recovery

The classified slurry enters the gravity separation section, including:

   ● Gold centrifugal concentrator BC60
   ● Shaking table 6S
   ● Gold sluice boxes

The centrifugal concentrator efficiently captures fine gold particles by using centrifugal force, while the shaking table further upgrades the concentrate based on differences in mineral density.
