Crawler Mobile Jaw Crusher YMC96 for 100–150 TPH Gold Ore Crushing

A Mexican aggregate producer operates a bluestone quarry supplying crushed stone for road construction and concrete production. Bluestone is known for its high hardness and good durability, but these characteristics also require reliable crushing equipment with strong wear resistance. Before this project, the customer mainly relied on a traditional fixed crushing system. As quarry development continued, the fixed plant became less flexible. Additional site preparation, material transportation, and equipment relocation created extra operating costs. To improve production flexibility, the customer was looking for a mobile crushing solution capable of processing bluestone at around 300 tons per hour while maintaining consistent aggregate quality.

Based on the site conditions and production requirements, Baichy Machinery supplied a tracked mobile crushing and screening plant consisting of a crawler type mobile jaw crusher plant and crawler mobile vibrating screen. The complete mobile system provides primary crushing and screening directly at the quarry site, helping the customer reduce material handling requirements and improve production efficiency.

Baichy's solution includes two crawler-mounted units working together as a complete crushing and screening process.

1. YMC116 Crawler Mobile Jaw Crusher for Primary Crushing

● The YMC116 serves as the first crushing stage, reducing large bluestone rocks into a suitable size for further screening.

● The machine is equipped with a C116 jaw crusher with a 1,150 × 760 mm feed opening, allowing it to handle large feed materials from the quarry. The hydraulic CSS adjustment system makes it easier to control the discharge size according to downstream production requirements.

● The crawler-mounted design allows the crusher to move with the quarry operation. This is particularly useful when the mining face changes, as the equipment can be relocated without rebuilding a fixed crushing foundation.

● The integrated power system also allows operation in areas where grid electricity is unavailable.

2. YMS20 Crawler Mobile Vibrating Screen for Product Classification

● After primary crushing, the material enters the YMS20 crawler vibrating screen for classification.

● The YMS20 uses a three-deck screening system with a screening area of around 20 m². It separates crushed bluestone into different sizes according to the customer's requirements, including common aggregate sizes such as 0–5 mm, 5–20 mm, and 20–40 mm.

● The crawler-mounted screen can be repositioned independently, allowing the customer to adjust the layout according to stockpile locations and production conditions.

● Wear-resistant screen panels help extend service intervals, while the integrated conveyors transfer finished products directly to stockpile areas.
