Standard Phosphate Rock Grinding Process

Commercial phosphate rock grinding adopts a mature crushing-grinding-classification closed-loop process, suitable for dry grinding of phosphate ore with low moisture content. The full process ensures uniform particle size and high powder yield for downstream industrial use.

1. Crushing Stage

Large raw phosphate rock is firstly crushed by a jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing, then processed by a cone crusher for secondary fine crushing. Raw ore is reduced from 1000mm–1200mm bulk stones to 15mm–45mm uniform particles, meeting mill feeding standards.

2 Grinding Stage (Core Process)
