The YGM130 is a complete grinding plant, not just a single mill. Key features include:

1. High Grinding Power: Equipped with 5 rollers (410×230mm) pressing against a 1280mm ring, delivering up to 2000kgf of pressure for efficient gypsum crushing.

2. Adjustable Fineness: An analyzer allows precise control of output powder from 0.033mm to 0.613mm (80-425 mesh), suitable for various construction uses.

How the Plant Operates

The complete gypusm grinding mill plant operates as an integrated system in 4 key stages:

1. Crushing & Feeding: Large gypsum rocks are crushed to below 30mm, then fed into the mill via a vibrating feeder.

2. Grinding: The raymond mill  YGM130 host uses a high-pressure spring system to increase grinding force by 1200kgf, ensuring efficient crushing of gypsum (Mohs hardness <7).

3. Classifying: An adjustable analyzer rotates to screen the powder. Coarse particles are returned for re-grinding, while fine powder passes through.

4. Collection: Fine powder is collected by a cyclone separator and bag filter, ensuring a clean operation standard

1. What is included in a complete YGM130 plant?

2. What other materials can the YGM130 process?

Besides gypsum, it processes other non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 9.3, such as calcite, limestone, talc, barite, dolomite, and phosphate rock.

3. How does a YGM130 Raymond mill compare to a ball mill for gypsum?

A Raymond mill is generally preferred for fine powder (80-425 mesh) at medium capacity. It has a smaller footprint, lower initial cost, and is simpler to operate than a ball mill, which is better suited for large-scale, coarse grinding.

4. What is the correct shutdown sequence of raymond mill plant?

1) Stop feeding material. 2) Let the crusher and elevator empty, then stop them. 3) Reduce feeder amplitude to zero and stop. 4) Allow the main mill to run for ~1 minute to empty, then stop. 5) Stop the blower 30 seconds later. 6) Reduce analyzer speed to zero and stop. This prevents material buildup and component wear.
