200 tph Mobile Granite Crusher Plant in Guangdong, China

Project Overview:

Guangdong Province, as one of China's most developed economic regions, continues to experience rapid infrastructure development. The client, a leading aggregate producer, needed to establish an efficient crushing operation to meet the growing demand for high-quality construction materials. The project required processing hard granite into precisely graded aggregates while adhering to Guangdong's stringent environmental regulations.

The Challenge:

Guangdong's granite is known for its high compressive strength and silica content, leading to rapid wear on crusher components and demanding robust equipment. The client needed a guaranteed output of 200 tonnes per hour to fulfill large-scale supply contracts reliably. With multiple project sites and limited quarry permits in urbanizing areas, the plant needed to be highly mobile and quick to set up and dismantle.

The Solution: A Robust Two-Stage Mobile Crushing Plant

To meet these rigorous demands, a two-stage mobile crushing system, featuring top-tier crushing technology, was selected. This configuration is renowned for its efficiency in processing hard, abrasive materials.

1.Primary Crushing: Mobile Jaw Crusher (PE750×1060)

This heavy-duty PE750×1060 mobile jaw crusher serves as the primary workhorse. Its large feed opening and powerful crushing force are perfectly suited to break down large granite boulders (up to 630mm) into a primary crushed product of 0-200mm. Its robust frame and jaw plates are engineered for longevity against abrasion.

2. Secondary Crushing: Mobile Cone Crusher (HP300)

For the critical secondary stage, the HP300 mobile cone crusher was chosen. This advanced hydraulic cone crusher is ideal for granite. Its innovative design and Nordberg® HP300 crushing chamber provide a high reduction ratio, excellent product shape (cubical), and high throughput. The automation system allows for precise setting adjustments and real-time monitoring to maintain optimal performance.

3. Supporting Components:

● An integrated vibrating grizzly feeder ensures a consistent and regulated feed to the jaw crusher.

● A mobile closed-circuit vibrating screen works in tandem with the HP300 cone crusher, recirculating oversized material to ensure all final products are perfectly sized.

Key Advantages of This Mobile Granite Crushing Line

1. Superior Production Capacity: The plant consistently achieves its 200 tph target, providing a reliable and substantial supply of aggregates to keep major projects on schedule.

2. Exceptional Product Shape & Quality: The combination of the PE750x1060 jaw and the HP300 cone crusher produces aggregates with excellent cubicity, which is critical for the strength and durability of concrete and asphalt.

3. Exceptional Product Shape & Quality: The combination of the PE750x1060 jaw and the HP300 cone crusher produces aggregates with excellent cubicity, which is critical for the strength and durability of concrete and asphalt.

4. Unmatched Mobility & Flexibility: The track-mounted design allows the entire plant to be relocated between different quarry sites or along a large project site within a day, adapting swiftly to changing project demands in the dynamic Guangdong market.

5. Advanced Automation: The HP300 cone crusher features a modern automation system that optimizes crushing performance, protects the crusher from overload, and provides valuable operational data.

<

1. Why is this equipment combination particularly suitable for granite crushing?

Granite's hardness and abrasiveness require robust primary crushing (PE750×1060 jaw crusher) followed by precise secondary crushing (HP300 cone crusher). This combination ensures optimal particle shape while maintaining high production efficiency and controlling wear costs.

2. How does the plant meet Guangdong's strict environmental standards?

The plant incorporates multiple environmental protection measures including closed dust-proof covers, spray dust suppression systems, and low-noise equipment. The mobile configuration also reduces material transportation distance, further minimizing environmental impact.

3. What is the maintenance schedule and cost for this crushing line?

Daily maintenance includes routine inspections and lubrication. Major maintenance involves jaw plate replacement every 1,200-1,500 hours and cone liner replacement every 1,000-1,200 hours. The total maintenance cost is approximately $0.5-0.8 per ton of production.

4. How quickly can the plant be relocated and what is the setup time?

The mobile plant can be relocated within 2-3 hours using standard haulage equipment. Setup time at the new location is approximately 4-6 hours, including positioning, connection, and testing, ensuring minimal production interruption.
