The jaw crusher C106 is engineered for hard and abrasive materials crushing process. Its deep crushing chamber and wear-resistant manganese steel jaw plates minimize wear from silica-rich sandstone, while the hydraulic adjustment system enables quick discharge gap modifications.
The PFW1315 is the key to shaping high-quality aggregates. Its three-stage crushing chamber and replaceable wear plates (chromium alloy) enhance durability, while the hydraulic opening mechanism simplifies maintenance—critical for remote sites. It processes 100-180tph of intermediate material, refining it to ≤31.5mm.
This three deck circular vibrating screen ensures precise grading of finished products. Its high-amplitude vibration and anti-blocking screen mesh design prevent clogging from damp or muddy sandstone .
