To overcome these challenges, the proposed solution is a 4-in-1 integrated mobile crushing plant—all key components are mounted on a single heavy-duty tire chassis, eliminating the need for separate transportation and on-site assembly of multiple units.
Ensures a consistent and regulated flow of large limestone rocks from the hopper to the primary crusher, preventing blockages and optimizing overall efficiency.
Jaw Crusher (PE600x900): This robust and reliable jaw crusher serves as the workhorse for primary crushing. Its 600x900 mm feed inlet size is ideal for breaking down large limestone blocks into smaller, manageable sub-150mm stones.
Cone Crusher (CS110): For intermediate and fine crushing, the CS110 Cone Crusher is employed. It takes the output from the jaw crusher and further crushes it to produce a well-shaped, cubicle product. Its hydraulic adjustment and control system allows for easy setting changes to achieve the desired product size.
Vibrating Screen (4YK1860): A high-capacity, four-deck (4YK) screen is the final stage. It precisely separates the crushed material into four different final product sizes, ready for immediate use in the road construction project.
