200tph limestone crushing plant introduction

This scheme is one of the sand and stone production line designs with a very high usage rate at present. It is a two stage crushing plant which involves new generation crushing equipment. The final grain shape of the material looks better. Maylasia clients needed 0-5mm,5-20mm,20-31.5mm final size. The material is evenly fed to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder to coarsely crush the stone to a particle size of less than 120 mm.Then through the belt conveyor into impact crusher in progress to crushed into less than 60mm size of the stone material, in which more than 31.5mm of material returned to impact crusher to crush again, and less than 31.5mm of material was sent to vibrating screen for high quality aggregate.

Main equipment in stone crushing plant

1. Feeding equipment, like vibration feeder or plate type feeder: These machines feed the jaw crusher with the rocks and stones to be crushed.

2. Crushing equipment: These are the machines where the rocks and stones are crushed. Generally jaw crushers and Gyratory crushers are used for primary crushing, while impact crusher, Symons cone crusher, sand crusher are used for secondary crushing and tertiary crushing.

3. Vibrating Screen: These machines are used to separate the different sizes of the material obtained by the crushers.

4. Belt Conveyor: They are used for transportation of the material from one machine to another during different phases of process.

5. Central electric control system: Control and monitor the operation of the entire system.
