What is shaking table?

How to choose shaking table?

1. Gravity separation is one of the commonly used methods for gold ore beneficiation. It uses different specific gravity of materials and different sedimentation speed in the medium to carry out layered separation. Generally, in placer gold ore, gold is mostly in the form of natural gold. When it exists, the density difference between it and the gangue is relatively large, and it is effective and economical to use for gravity separation of gold.

2. Shaking table gold separation is suitable for processing minerals with finer particle size. According to the particle size of the ore, it can be divided into three types: coarse sand bed, fine sand bed and ore mud bed. Among them, the coarse sand bed is suitable for separating material particle size For ore particles as small as 0.5 mm, the fine sand bed is suitable for processing ore particles with a particle size range of 0.5 to 0.074 mm, and the ore mud bed is suitable for processing ore particles with a particle size of 0.074 to 0.037 mm.

Working principle

The bed zone of shaking table is near a rectangle shape, slightly inclined to the tailing end. There are craved chute on the surface of bed, the water flow along the incline direction from water tank and feeding chute. The bed surface do repeatedly motion by transmission mechanism, the distance of bed forward and backward called stroke, when the slurry enters into feeding chute, under the action of water flow and shaking, different density of mineral particles will be distributed in fanshape on the bed surface.
